How can I place my order?
You can place your orders using our secure online system, also by calling our toll-free number 1-877-4CHITTY (424-4889) or by sending a fax to 1-845-561-2135. Please, include your credit card information, name, phone number and shipping and billing address.

What payment methods do you take?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
You can also redeem any valid Chittypulga's Gift Certficate, store's credit or special discount mailed or e-mailed to you by entering the proper code when checking out.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

When will I get my order?
Orders entered in our system by noon EST are shipped the same day. Orders entered after noon EST are shipped the following day. In general, all orders are shipped within 24 hours. In rare cases, (sometimes we need to get in touch with you for specific details regarding your order), an order could be shipped 48 hours after.

What carrier will deliver my order?
Domestic: We use UPS different services (Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) to deliver your orders in the continental USA. Only domestic addresses, no PO Boxes. At checkout, you will be able to choose which method you prefer and rates will be shown automatically depending on your zip code and weight of package.

For deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please read below. We use same methods as international deliveries.

International: We are able to ship worldwide as well as to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico using USPS different methods. However, our website does not provide automatic rates for this service. Since there are so many ways and rates to ship an order worlwide depending on weight, distance and dimensions, we prefer to deal with it based on individual situations.

Once an international order reaches our system, Chittypulga puts together the different methods and rates to ship your order via USPS. Within a few hours, you will be contacted through e-mail and informed about those possibilities. You will determine which one you would like to use and how much you want to pay for it.

How much will I pay for delivery?
We stick to UPS (domestic) and USPS (international) updated rates. These rates are uploaded in our system and determined by the weight of the products included in your order, the zone where your order is shipped to and the dimensions of your package. The further you are from New York (where Chittypulga ships from) the more expensive your shipping cost will be.

Do I pay sales taxes?
Only if your order is shipped to any area in New York State. However, New York State and some counties within the state, have dropped sales taxes on clothing and footwear on individual items under $110. That includes also receiving blankets, bibs and some other babies' and children's accessories. So, even if your order is shipped to New York, depending on the county, you might not be charged any sales tax. We are required by New York State Law to charge sales taxes on shipping costs as well as gift wrapping.

Can you help me decide on an outfit?
Of course, here at Chittypulga, we understand the pro's and con's of online shopping. How can you determine if this shirt matches this pants or if this print goes well with this solid color? Well, what about you send us an e-mail with your question. Please write the names and sizes of the items that you want to see together, as it shows on our site. If for any reason, you or your child dislikes any of our items, we will take it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or not later than 60 days for a store credit or exchange. After 60 days , no returns will be accepted.

Items must be in its original package and with the original labels.

You will get a refund, store credit or exchange based on the item price you paid and taxes. Shipping charges will not be considered.

Customer assumes shipping cost on returned items. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package.
